Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Demand Planning professional to lead our SA Regional forecasting efforts across short- and long-term horizons. This is a key position that oversees a team responsible for integrating insights from sales, marketing, finance, and other functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive demand forecasts at multiple levels of aggregation for various time horizons.
  • Lead a team in reviewing historical sales trends, researching demand drivers, preparing forecast data, evaluating statistical forecast models, and integrating market data.
  • Coordinate cross-functional research activities to reconcile significant variances and refine the forecast model.
  • Utilize a collaborative approach by working with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to obtain and ensure accurate information for demand forecasts.
  • Identify significant variances to prior forecasts for discussion during regular demand review processes.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
  • Substantial experience in supply chain demand planning.
  • Forecasting and analytical expertise.
  • Leadership and team management skills.
  • Strategic and scenario planning capabilities.
  • Advanced level of English proficiency.
