About the Role:
The Client Partnership Specialist will work closely with the Senior Client Director to answer all RFPs and explore opportunities within new and established accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare proposals and present them to clients (planning, costs, ppt, contact with vendors, etc).
- Open new doors (sell to new clients).
- Sell new solutions to existing clients.
- Be in charge of the whole sales process (internal and external – PO/Invoices, etc).
- Be aware of project profitability and take action when necessary.
- Activate previous contacts and present MetrixLab.
- Be in charge, together with Research team, of implementing the projects to guarantee alignment with the proposal scope.
- Inform the Research team regarding global protocols, cases, etc.
- Participate in all Kickoff meetings (internal and with clients).
- Participate in all presentations (internal and with clients).
- Participate in all global meetings (representing Brazil and or LatAm).
Required Skill Set:
- Fluent in English (participate in meetings in English) Spanish is not mandatory.
- Experience with various Research methodologies (quanti and qual).
- Experience in presenting results to clients and great analysis capacity.
- Be proactive (we have a vast solution ́s portfolio and this position has to be aware of what we offer in Metrix and also in Toluna).
