Job Title: Regional Lead Facilitator

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Regional Lead Facilitator to join our global training and development team. As a Regional Lead Facilitator, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality training sessions, ensuring participant engagement, and providing leadership and support to other facilitators within the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Training Delivery: Conduct engaging and impactful training sessions for new hires, managers, and teams, both virtually and in-person.
  • Regional Management: Oversee training operations within the designated region (US/LATAM, EMEA, or APAC), manage scheduling, logistics, and backup coverage, and coordinate with the Program Director and other regional managers to ensure alignment with global training objectives.
  • Quality Assurance and Improvement: Regularly sync with managers and stakeholders to discuss improvements and gather feedback, develop and maintain a continuous feedback loop to refine and enhance training programs, and monitor and evaluate facilitator performance, providing coaching and development as needed.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and facilitation, with a focus on corporate environments, proven experience managing training operations within a specific region, exceptional presentation and communication skills, and strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business, or a related field, certification in training or facilitation, experience in a tech or fast-paced corporate environment, and fluency in multiple languages relevant to the region.
