Regional Sales Manager

At SOCRadar Cyber Intelligence Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Regional Account Manager to join our Sales Team in Brazil. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing customer relationships, and expanding our customer portfolio in the region.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales Process Management: Follow up on regular sales processes, manage assigned customers, and identify new business opportunities.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions.
- Business Development: Identify new customers, expand the customer portfolio, and create strategic partnerships.
- Product Expertise: Develop in-depth knowledge of our product and services to effectively communicate its value to customers.
- Communication and Presentation: Develop strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills to effectively engage with customers and partners.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports, analyze sales data, and provide insights to inform business decisions.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience as an Account Manager or in a similar sales role.
- Skills: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to present technical information to various audiences.
- Product Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of our product and services, with the ability to explain its value to customers.
- CRM Experience: Demonstrated ability to forecast and manage information using a CRM system.
- Language: Fluency in English is a must.
