Job Title: Regional Sales Manager, Brazil Public Sector

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the Brazilian public sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets in the Brazilian public sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the public sector.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver sales solutions that meet the needs of public sector customers.
  • Provide timely and informative input to corporate functions to support business growth and development.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of direct sales experience selling enterprise software to public sector customers in Brazil.
  • Strong familiarity with customers and use-cases in the manufacturing or supply chain industries.
  • Previous experience utilizing partners, channels, and alliances to sell more successfully and overachieve sales targets.
  • Relevant software industry experience in IT systems, enterprise or infrastructure management, application development and management, DevOps, security, business applications, and/or analytics.
  • Consistent track record of new business development and overachieving sales targets with prospects and customers in the defined territory.
  • Strong executive presence and polish, and excellent listening skills.
