About the Role:

We are looking for a highly driven sales manager in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. The ideal candidate will be responsible for opening new markets for Antea, a leading provider of asset integrity software solutions for the oil and gas industry. This role will require a deep understanding of the Brazilian market, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of success in sales, particularly within the oil and gas sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate the Brazilian oil and gas market.
  • Identify and target potential customers within the industry, focusing on companies that can benefit from Antea's asset integrity software solutions.
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase the value proposition of Antea's software solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with customers, ensuring profitable and mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Provide sales forecasts and reports to management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and address customer needs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management within the oil and gas industry.
  • Proven track record of success in opening new markets and achieving sales targets.
  • Deep understanding of asset integrity concepts, including NDT, RBI, and inspection methodologies.
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Currently legally living and able to work in Brazil

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA or other advanced degree.
  • Experience selling software solutions to the oil and gas industry.
  • Knowledge of the Brazilian regulatory landscape for the oil and gas industry.
  • Certifications in NDT or RBI.

Pay range and compensation package:

Salary: 25.480,00 R$ monthly + sales bonuses
