Job Title: Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our team at Hitachi Energy. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strong relationships with our customers.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed operational budgets.
  2. Liaise with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  5. Provide training and development opportunities to the sales team to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  6. Monitor and analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
  7. Provide regular forecasts on operational results.
  8. Collaborate with internal teams to support business operations.
Requirements:
  • Degree in a technical discipline, such as Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, plus further qualification in business administration.
  • Market and product knowledge in the field of power transformers or distribution transformers insulation and components.
  • Experience in business development, account management, and cross-selling.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to establish and manage long-term customer relationships.
  • Excellent planning and organization skills.
  • Sound knowledge of MS Office and CRM, preferably Salesforce.
  • Business fluent in English and Spanish, spoken and written.
