Job Title: Regional Commercial Collection Manager

Atradius Collections is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Commercial Collection Manager to join our team in Brazil.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a results-driven professional to lead our commercial collections efforts in Brazil. As a Regional Commercial Collection Manager, you will be responsible for driving the delivery of our collections key priorities within the location, generating sales & inflow, improving operational business processes, and providing optimal customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local stakeholders, including Atradius Credit Insurance (ACI), customers, channel partners, and trade associations.
  • Streamline service delivery to insured customers to increase inflow and revenue from the insured business line.
  • Implement and embed global processes and procedures in line with local requirements, and localize and implement global program initiatives within the location.
  • Develop and monitor reporting and analysis of MI for the location.
  • Ensure proactive communication and performance in case handling.
  • Directly responsible for increasing profitable inflow and new business from non-insured customers and segments within the location, with a focus on channels, shared service, and large, multi-national organizations.
  • Work closely with the Regional Manager, Iberia to strengthen and streamline commercial activities within the wider region and optimize efficiency of existing commercial capacity, as well as generate and develop new business and inflow within the region.
Requirements:
  • An entrepreneurial and results-focused leader with strong experience in managing profit & loss results of a business to achieve business targets.
  • Excellent organizational and management skills with the proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve profitability.
  • Willing and able to share knowledge and coaching skills to motivate and develop teams to energize them for delivery.
  • Proven commercial experience in selling credit and/or collections management services to multi-national, factoring, and SME target segments.
  • Good experience in managing and steering sales teams to maximize results and optimize commercial management processes.
  • Strong knowledge and experience of the Portuguese markets.
  • A background in debt collections, credit management, credit insurance, or factoring, with an understanding of how our debt collections services can be of value to related target segments.
  • Strong internal working experience in a multinational business service environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English, with the ability to adapt and present messages to different audiences.
  • Ability to analyze and question data, identifying trends and interpreting findings to drive business performance.
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize, and achieve deadlines.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft packages, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Willing to travel internationally.
  • Strong academic background or equivalent work experience.
  • Excellent language skills in English, alongside your native tongue.
