Job Title: Solutions Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Solutions Manager to lead and manage our team of project managers in Brazil. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.


Job Description

The Solutions Manager will be responsible for overseeing the execution and completion of projects, managing client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role demands excellent communication skills, the ability to manage complex projects across multiple departments, and being customer-oriented to define the best strategy to address customers' needs.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business or engineering discipline
  • Minimally 5 years of experience in people leadership positions
  • Previous experience managing a business profit and loss statement
  • Experience managing medium to large projects
  • Fluent in English required and advanced Spanish desired
