Project Coordinator for Performance Upgrades

We are looking for a highly skilled Project Coordinator to lead our Performance Upgrades Order Fulfillment team in Region 3.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish a Performance Upgrades business unit in Region 3
  • Determine operational footprint to support the region both short and long term
  • Build relationships with local factories for integrated products to identify ideal delivery strategies
  • Develop process flow strategies for warehouse construction
Requirements:
  • Curricula should be sent in English / Interviews will be conducted in English
  • Bachelor's degree in Business/Management, Engineering/Technology, Supply Chain Management or equivalent experience
  • Advanced English skills
  • Experience with warehousing, material flow or production engineering
  • Experience in project management and delivering business results
  • Experience leading teams without direct authority and demonstrating initiative to deliver results
  • Experience in interpersonal communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution
  • Experience in conducting diversity inclusion in a team environment
Desirable Qualifications:
  • Experience in managing large-scale AFE projects
  • Experience in creating or leveraging advanced data collection and analysis techniques
  • Experience working with global teams
  • Experience working multifunctionally in various areas
