We are looking for a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team.

This is a hybrid position that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent negotiation and communication abilities.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, and at least 3 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the equipment manufacturing industry.

They will also have advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken, and be proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

Additional desirable skills include experience with ERP systems and knowledge of sheet metal.

Key responsibilities include managing sourcing and purchasing of inventory items for projects, processing purchase requisitions, negotiating prices and terms, and monitoring vendor schedules.

They will also collaborate with the global Procurement team to identify and leverage opportunities, prepare and present reports on procurement activities, cost savings, and supplier performance, and develop sustainable relationships with strategic vendors.

The Procurement Specialist will work closely with the engineering team to identify cost-saving opportunities and product trends, negotiate contracts and prices with suppliers, assist in developing the supply base through supplier selection, performance monitoring, and relationship building, and manage internal procedures and controls.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the equipment manufacturing industry
  • Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Experience with ERP systems
  • Desirable knowledge of sheet metal
