Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for managing financial data and providing strategic recommendations to support business growth.

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex financial information effectively to non-financial stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable routines.
  • Reconcile bank accounts between all active accounts.
  • Schedule and expedite foreign exchange operations.
  • Organize and maintain physical and digital archives.
  • Prepare financial reports for senior management.
  • Coordinate accounting closing routines on a monthly basis.
  • Track and register company CAPEX.
  • Negotiate with suppliers to represent the company's best interests.
  • Support due diligence and audit operations.
  • Prepare monthly health insurance deductions for payroll providers.
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to hiring and dismissal of employees.
  • Purchase new equipment and services for the operation.
  • Provide administrative support for the company as needed.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or Production Engineering.
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • Advanced Excel skills and intermediate Microsoft Office Suite knowledge.
  • Differential qualifications: Experience with SAP Business One (B1) and knowledge of Tableau.
