Key Responsibilities- Design and implement automated invoice generation systems for USDG and other Paxos products.
- Build and scale attribution logic systems supporting multiple chains and assets.
- Develop reporting capabilities for rewards and billing analytics.
- Create automation workflows for reward calculations and distribution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate billing and rewards systems.
- Architect solutions for high throughput with low latency.
- Lead initiatives to reduce manual operations and improve system reliability.
- 5+ years of experience building scalable backend systems with Golang.
- Proven track record of solutions with high throughput and low latency.
- Experience using AI tools to enhance workflows.
- Ability to design and implement complex financial or billing systems.
- Experience with distributed systems and microservices architecture.
- Strong database design skills.
- Mentoring experience and ability to drive technical initiatives.
- Upper-Intermediate English level.
