Real Estate Acquisition Coordinator Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to support our real estate investment team in the United States.

This high-impact role involves working closely with executive leadership to assist in moving deals from opportunity to closing, faster and smarter. You will be part of a dynamic and fast-paced team that drives acquisitions, development, and operations across multiple asset types.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with underwriting and analysis of real estate deals to ensure timely and accurate decision-making.
  • Draft and submit letters of intent, manage deal documents, and track approvals to facilitate smooth transaction processes.
  • Coordinate due diligence and support loan document submissions to meet critical deadlines.
  • Help manage closing processes and transaction timelines to ensure seamless execution.

Development & Construction Coordination:

  • Track construction budgets, milestones, and timelines to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget.
  • Manage contractor bids, vendor outreach, and communications to secure favorable terms and pricing.
  • Support site oversight and execution of development tasks to drive successful project outcomes.

Finance, Bookkeeping & Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate bookkeeping and track expenses to provide transparent financial reporting.
  • Prepare budget summaries and support investor reporting to ensure timely and accurate information dissemination.
  • Organize financial data and maintain clear reporting systems to facilitate informed decision-making.

Executive Support & Operations:

  • Provide direct support to leadership, managing meetings, tasks, and deadlines to optimize productivity and efficiency.
  • Track progress on key projects and follow up on deliverables to ensure timely completion.
  • Maintain systems for document management, communication, and project execution to enhance collaboration and productivity.
  • Conduct research and assist with ad hoc operational needs to drive business growth and improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in real estate acquisitions, underwriting, and project coordination is essential.
  • A solid understanding of construction budgeting, deal analysis, and closing processes is required.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, proactive approach, and attention to detail are necessary for success in this role.
  • Comfortable balancing strategy with execution, able to support executive leadership directly.
  • Familiarity with U.S. real estate (residential, commercial, or self-storage) is advantageous.
  • Fluent in English and experienced with U.S. real estate timelines and documentation is essential.
  • Hands-on experience with real estate due diligence (leases, permits, financials, etc.) is required.
