  • Training and supporting teams on JIRA best practices and functionality.
  • Identifying process improvements to enhance project management.
  • Bridging communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Expertise in Atlassian APIs for seamless integrations.
  • Groovy scripting skills to power automation within Jira.
  • Deep understanding of Jira Premium plugins (e.g., ScriptRunner, Rich Filters).
  • Exceptional analytical skills to turn data into insights.
  • Ability to lead complex projects independently.
  • Advanced dashboard/report configuration tailored to departmental needs.
  • Proven leadership experience in managing project deliverables.
  • Knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban).
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
  • Experience in Business and Data Analysis (requirements gathering, reporting).

Nice to Have:
Experience integrating Jira with Salesforce for project tracking and CRM.
