
#1 Monday.com Pre-Sales Technical Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for presenting the monday.com platform in the best possible light to prospects and customers.
This role involves understanding customer needs and establishing monday.com as the solution that solves their challenges. You will leverage your deep product knowledge to lead the technical aspect in large and complex sales processes, build customized demos, presentations, and proposals, and support partner pre-sales capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Understand customer needs and develop tailored solutions using monday.com's features and functionalities.
- Develop and deliver customized demos, presentations, and proposals to showcase monday.com's value proposition.
- Leverage your technical expertise to support partners' pre-sales efforts and provide guidance on implementing monday.com's solutions.
- Collaborate with sales teams to streamline monday.com's sales process and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- 5+ years of experience in a Pre-Sales Engineering role or similar position within a SaaS environment.
- Proficiency in Spanish and English is required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a deep technical curiosity about how IT systems work in a business context.
- Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
- Familiarity with JSON and RESTful APIs is essential, while knowledge of GraphQL is a plus.
