A fast-growing global AI solutions provider is seeking a
Pre-sales Solutions Specialist
to support business development in Brazil. The company offers AI-powered tools such as conversational intelligence, smart sales assistants, and quality monitoring systems used across finance, automotive, real estate, and retail industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market & Client Analysis
- Conducted local market research, analyzed customer needs, and supported product localization.
- Solution Design
- Tailor pre-sales solutions using AI technologies to solve client pain points.
- Prepare detailed solution documentation (architecture, use cases, implementation steps).
- Client Engagement & Technical Support
- Deliver product demos, explain core features, and handle technical objections during sales cycles.
- Assist with technical Q&A during client discussions.
- Bid & Proposal Support
- Draft technical components for RFPs and support the bidding strategy.
- Provide technical input in business negotiations.
- Post-Sales & Relationship Management
- Follow up on client use, address issues, and identify upsell opportunities.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts in Brazil.
Qualifications:
- Languages:
Native or fluent in
Brazilian Portuguese
and
English
; Chinese is a plus.
- Technical Knowledge:
- Understanding of AI, NLP, cloud computing, and large model applications.
- Skilled in designing and presenting technical solutions using PowerPoint and documentation tools.
- Experience:
- 3+ years in pre-sales or solution consulting, ideally in AI/SaaS sectors.
- Experience with large project bidding and implementation is preferred.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong communication, client service, and teamwork skills.
- Fast learner with adaptability and ability to work under pressure.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours.
- Experience in banking software/IT solution pre-sales or sales is a must.
