Industrial Assembly Engineer

Job Summary

TechnipFMC is seeking a highly skilled Industrial Assembly Engineer to join our team. As an Industrial Assembly Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective assembly of our products.

Key Responsibilities

• Interface with Product Engineering, customers, Tech Authorities, and other sites to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
• Provide production support to ensure the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes.
• Develop and implement manufacturing scripts to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Review and approve procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Balance production lines to optimize output and minimize downtime.
• Design and develop devices to improve manufacturing processes.
• Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve issues.
• Analyze assembly processes to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (preferably mechanical or production).
• Advanced English language skills.
• PFMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) knowledge.
• TOC (Theory of Constraints) knowledge.
• Root cause analysis tools.
• Process mapping.
• Investment analysis.
• CAD software (SolidWorks, NX, Inventor, etc.) skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Postgraduate or Master's degree.
• Experience with production and/or manufacturing lines.
• LEAN (Lean Manufacturing) experience.
