PL INDUSTRIAL ASSEMBLY ENGINEER

Location: Rio de Janeiro - ECO Sapucai, BR

Employment Type: Employee

Position Overview

As a key member of our team, you will:

  • Collaborate with Product Engineering, clients, Technical Authorities, and various sites;
  • Provide support for production activities;
  • Develop and refine manufacturing protocols;
  • Review, approve, and create operational procedures;
  • Drive process enhancements;
  • Balance production lines effectively;
  • Engage in device design;
  • Conduct root cause investigations;
  • Analyze assembly processes.

Qualifications

You are a suitable candidate if you possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in engineering (preferably mechanical or production);
  • Proficiency in English;
  • Knowledge of PFMEA;
  • Understanding of TOC (Theory of Constraints);
  • Experience with root cause analysis tools;
  • Skills in process mapping;
  • Familiarity with investment analysis;
  • Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, NX, Inventor, etc.).

Preferred Skills

Additional qualifications that would be advantageous include:

  • Completion or pursuit of a postgraduate or Master's degree;
  • Experience in production and/or manufacturing environments;
  • Familiarity with LEAN methodologies.
