Key Responsibilities

Prioritize and manage a pipeline of sellers to meet/exceed targets, set selection strategy, and educate new merchants on Amazon's standards for Delivery and Customer Experience. Drive innovation for customer experience improvement, scaling categories non-linearly, and strengthening seller/manufacturer relationships.

Identify and acquire sellers/manufacturers for category expansion, drive growth and development in a smart assortment of brands, delivering the best possible shopping experience for Amazon customers.

  • Set selection strategy and manage seller management teams
  • Educate new merchants on Amazon's standards for Delivery and Customer Experience
  • Drive innovation for customer experience improvement, scaling categories non-linearly, and strengthening seller/manufacturer relationships

Requirements

BA/BS required.

  • Minimum 6 years in buying, account management, or product management
  • Demonstrated business discernment, strong written/oral communication skills, and ability to persuade in English and Portuguese
  • Strong analytical and influencing skills
