Job Overview

The position of Category Executive is a critical role in driving sales growth and market expansion for our company. We are seeking an experienced professional to develop and execute strategic plans, build strong relationships with customers, and provide thought leadership on category initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute selling programs related to assigned categories, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business objectives.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Insights, Customer Business Teams (CBTs), and Marketing, to drive category growth and optimize performance.
  3. Provide expert knowledge on category trends, market insights, and competitor analysis to inform business decisions.
  4. Lead the development of category plans, setting goals and objectives that drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  5. Manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal partners.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in category development, key accounts, and market insight analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills and business acumen, with ability to analyze complex data and make informed recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
