Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth through vendor relationships, category management, and sales optimization.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes that meet the needs of our customers.
- Manage vendor performance and negotiate terms to achieve cost savings and improve profitability.
- Analyze market trends and customer behavior to inform business decisions and drive sales growth.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in retail management, vendor management, or a related field.
- Proven track record of driving business growth through effective vendor relationships and sales optimization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with vendors, customers, and internal stakeholders.
