Salesforce Marketing Cloud Business Analyst

- Key Responsibilities:
Defining technical user stories, developing web applications, and designing integration services and APIs.
Presenting executive-level Salesforce platform demonstrations and running through all features upon request.
Setting up and configuring data models.
Developing scalable solutions based on business objectives, marketing metrics, and tech requirements.
Designing platform configuration and data feeds to run effective automated email campaigns.
Acting as a hands-on consultant on wide-scale projects.
Identifying and troubleshooting platform and data feed-related issues.
Advising teams regarding the latest tech innovations, new business initiatives, third-party solutions, and effective email templates.
Optimizing internal processes based on team requests, opportunity gaps, and business requirements.
Communicating project initiatives to relevant stakeholders.
Responsible for Marketing Cloud development and Testing.
Designing and developing project Technical Design Documents.
Responsible for Marketing Cloud and Testing Coordination (Unit / Performance and Load Testing).
Collaborating with Client and offshore team.
