Key Responsibilities
  • As a CMMS Engineer, you will provide ongoing support for Computerized Maintenance Management System activities across all operating assets in Brazil, ensuring a seamless operational environment.
  • You will deliver hands-on training to end-users on IFS CMMS and related maintenance and inventory processes, ensuring their competence and confidence in utilizing the system.
  • Monitoring CMMS system usage, advocating best practices, and implementing efficiencies are essential to protect the integrity and functionality of the system.
  • Contribution to the evaluation and enhancement of Maintenance & Inventory KPIs across Brazil's operational units, providing insight that drives performance, is also required.
  • Supporting the Functional Manager and Operational Managers in analyzing maintenance and inventory performance, facilitating informed decision-making, is an important part of this role.
  • Ensuring data accuracy and consistency within the CMMS, collaborating effectively with team members to uphold high standards, is critical.
  • Participating as a member of the Support Issue team, executing tasks and responsibilities related to maintenance and inventory support, is also required.
Duties
  • Active participation in meetings as required, engaging with the ALM Maintenance and Inventory team to foster collaboration and communication, is necessary.
  • Conducting regular reviews and analyses of maintenance-related KPIs for Brazilian units, identifying areas for improvement and driving operational excellence, is also required.
  • Performing both offshore and onshore site visits as necessary to aid in system usage and facilitate training opportunities, is an important aspect of this role.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams to support integrated processes that encompass maintenance and inventory management is also required.
  • Providing necessary budget input to asset Operation Managers as required, ensuring financial prudence within the Brazil units, is not applicable in this description.
  • Carrying out additional tasks and responsibilities as required, contributing to the broader goals of the department, is also required.
