The role involves working with our User Access Provisioning team to evolve identity access management processes.

  • We seek an experienced professional with expertise in designing and implementing automated workflows for the entire identity lifecycle.
About This RoleKey Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and implement automated workflows for user onboarding, offboarding, and role changes.
  • Utilize scripting languages and API integrations to connect HR systems, Active Directory, cloud platforms, and target applications.
  • Develop automation scripts that handle common access requests, reducing manual intervention and improving fulfillment times.
  • Analyze existing manual processes to identify high-impact automation opportunities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze user needs and define a comprehensive RBAC model.
  • Build roles adhering to the principle of least privilege necessary for specific job functions.
  • Establish processes for maintaining and periodically recertifying roles to ensure ongoing relevance, accuracy, and security compliance.
  • Analyze IAM ticket queues and operational data to pinpoint frequent and time-consuming manual tasks for automation.
  • Design intuitive self-service capabilities enabling users to request access through automated approval workflows.
  • Continuously refine and optimize IAM processes to streamline access reviews and certifications.
  • Explore AI and machine learning opportunities for enhanced IAM capabilities, such as anomaly detection or predictive analytics.
  • Contribute to AI/ML model design and implementation for improved security posture and efficiency.
  • Stay current with AI trends in cybersecurity and identity management.
  • Ensure automated solutions contribute to a strong security posture and facilitate compliance with regulatory frameworks.
  • Support audit requests by providing evidence and reporting related to identity and access management controls.
