Join Our Team as Sales Operations Coordinator in the Maritime and Offshore Sector

Position: Sales Operations Coordinator

Location: Brazil

Work regime: Hybrid (3 days in-office, 2 days remote)

Industry: Maritime and Offshore

As a Sales Operations Coordinator at M&O Partners, your responsibilities will include:

1. Administrative Support: Manage and execute administrative tasks within the Sales Department.

2. Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the Sales Team to formulate and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the maritime and offshore sector.

3. Client Relationship Management: Establish and nurture strong relationships with key clients to ensure outstanding service delivery and customer satisfaction across various solution categories.

4. Market Analysis: Identify and create opportunities for partners by understanding and addressing end customers' needs.

5. Sales Operations: Assist in direct sales processes and prepare quotations.

6. Opportunity Management: Track and manage sales opportunities through Purchasing Portals.

7. Sales Follow-Up: Oversee sales opportunities from Request for Quotation (RFQ) to final scope delivery and Purchase Order closure.

8. Logistics Coordination: Manage international logistics, including door-to-door operations, import, and export processes.

9. Freight Coordination: Collaborate with Freight Forwarders to ensure smooth logistics operations.

10. After Sales Support: Provide support to ensure satisfaction for both partners and end customers.

Qualifications:

- Degree in Administration, International Relations, or related fields

- Proficiency in English

- Strong skills in Microsoft Office and other system tools

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and teamwork abilities

- Experience in international logistics and import/export

- Background in the Maritime and Offshore industry

- Located in Brazil or open to relocation

Preferred Qualifications:

- Familiarity with Petronect, SAP Ariba, Coupa, and Shipserv

- Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems

- Background in hosting exhibitions and events

- Experience with Oil Companies, Platform Owners, Shipowners, and Shipyards
