Trade Marketing Professional

A Trade Marketing Professional plays a pivotal role in developing and executing strategic trade marketing initiatives to drive sales growth, enhance market share, and boost brand visibility. This position involves collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to create and implement effective plans that meet business objectives.

This includes working with distributors, wholesalers, and other indirect channel partners to increase distribution, improve point-of-sale visibility, and optimize category performance.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive trade marketing plans for the indirect channel to achieve distribution, visibility, and category performance goals.
  • Create and implement innovative distribution, merchandising, and promotion plans for the indirect channel.
  • Collaborate with multi-functional teams and central areas such as Marketing, Category, Innovation, and Insights to ensure strategic alignment in trade and shopper marketing actions.
  • Maintain data-driven decision-making by analyzing consumer, channel, and performance data.
About the Role:

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in trade marketing or indirect channel management, preferably in the FMCG industry.

We are looking for an individual with strong analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel and familiarity with market tools such as Nielsen and Scanntech.

Analytical profile with ability to transform data into actionable insights is highly desirable.

This role requires excellent communication and influencing skills to work effectively with various stakeholders and drive results-oriented projects.
