HVAC Installation Specialist

The HVAC Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial settings. This includes working with customers to understand their needs and providing solutions that meet those requirements.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of HVAC systems and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. They must also be able to communicate effectively with customers and other team members.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred
- 5+ years of experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair
- EPA certification and all valid licenses and certifications as required by federal, state, provincial, or local laws
- Proficient in the fundamentals of HVAC systems and related accessories
- Ability to read wiring diagrams and troubleshoot problems with electrical, refrigerant, and duct systems
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
