Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of HVAC Technician. The selected individual will be responsible for assisting in the installation of residential and commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work under direct supervision to install and maintain HVAC systems, ensuring all components meet manufacturer specifications and company requirements.
  • Assist with troubleshooting and repairing issues with existing systems.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
  • Ensure timely completion of tasks and manage workflow efficiently.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry best practices and technologies.
  • Represent the organization professionally, honestly, and ethically in all business matters.

Health and Safety Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Report any unsafe conditions or hazards to management immediately.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and regulations, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Correct substandard acts or conditions within area of control.
  • Comply with general rules and procedures prescribed by the organization.
  • Operate devices or equipment as prescribed by the organization's procedures.
  • Participate in safety initiatives and committees.
  • Report injuries or incidents as prescribed by the organization's procedures immediately.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent with additional training and 0-2 years' experience in HVAC.
  • Valid licensing or certification as required by federal, state, or local laws and regulations.
  • EPA and safety certifications required.
  • Basic knowledge of HVAC operational functionality and related accessories.
  • Mechanical aptitude and ability to operate necessary tools and equipment.
  • Effective communication skills to communicate with customers and provide excellent customer service.
  • Effective time-management and organizational skills.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and on-call shifts as needed.
  • Physical stamina to stand, walk, climb ladders, and maneuver in various environmental conditions.
