HVAC Service Technician Job Description

The HVAC Service Technician will perform diagnostic and service work on residential and commercial HVAC equipment. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to troubleshoot complex problems, and provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems
  • Diagnose and repair issues with heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units
  • Inspect equipment and identify potential problems
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure complete customer satisfaction
  • Work under minimal supervision to meet productivity and quality standards

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training certification a plus
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Ability to lift 75 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
