Residential HVAC Installation Technician

About the Job

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Residential HVAC Installation Technician to join our team. In this role, you will assist in the installation of residential and light commercial HVAC equipment and accessories.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work under direct supervision to install HVAC equipment and accessories in customers' homes
  • Assist with the installation of heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment, as well as accessories, according to company requirements and manufacturer specifications
  • Assist in the installation of ducts and duct fittings
  • Deliver excellent customer service and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Assist with the delivery and removal of equipment needed to complete the installation work
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent with additional training and 0-2 years' experience in HVAC
  • Valid licensing or certification required by federal, state, or local laws for the geographical work area
  • EPA and safety certifications required
  • Mechanical aptitude and ability to operate necessary tools and equipment
  • Effective communication skills for interacting with customers and providing excellent customer service
  • Ability to work flexible hours and on-call shifts as needed
