Project Manager for Complex Initiatives

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead our complex initiatives. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project plans to ensure successful delivery of complex projects
  • Manage cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues through proactive planning and communication
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders through regular updates and progress reports
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a STEM discipline
  • Experience in Enterprise IT Programs, Process Improvement, and Software Engineering Project Management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills
  • Deep understanding of Linux, Open Source, and Cloud Technologies
  • Agile Project Management certification, preferably Scrum Master or equivalent certification
