Job Role

Mission: To support the marketing team in implementing brand strategies, communicating activities with stakeholders, and leading the execution of comprehensive campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop promotional materials (visual assets, key messages, scripts, advertising collateral) aligned with brand plans for healthcare professionals and consumers.
  • Coordinate and communicate monthly promotional materials, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Lead annual product campaigns based on insights from healthcare professionals, internal product sales, and market trends.
  • Acquire knowledge of the product's scientific platform to build effective brand strategies.
  • Understand customer segmentation to create impactful brand messaging.
  • Support the implementation of marketing activities, including innovative tactics for holistic solutions, partnerships, and multichannel opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure tactical execution of the brand plan.
  • Lead marketing events and enhance engagement with healthcare professionals and clients.
  • Ensure promotional materials are ready for each cycle in advance, following approval processes and compliance standards.
  • Support the development of the Strategic Marketing Plan.
  • Prepare promotional presentations.
  • Oversee the uploading and tracking of materials in the approval system.
  • Conduct monthly market analysis to identify insights, opportunities, and recommend solutions.
  • Monitor and present brand KPIs.
  • Accompany the InField team during client visits to understand field realities and propose improvements.
  • Regularly monitor the use and effectiveness of field materials and recommend improvements.
  • Develop digital materials and innovative ideas.
  • Perform market analysis and competitor research.
Requirements

Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Marketing experience. Advanced English proficiency.
