Brand Strategy Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Strategy Lead to develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies that align with our company's mission, values, and business objectives.

  • The successful candidate will fully understand business strategy planning from multiple dimensions in order to enhance brand perception.
  • They will oversee the creation and maintenance of a compelling brand identity, including logos, visual assets, brand guidelines, and messaging.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies that align with our company's mission, values, and business objectives.
  2. Fully understand business strategy planning from multiple dimensions in order to enhance brand perception.
  3. Oversee the creation and maintenance of a compelling brand identity, including logos, visual assets, brand guidelines, and messaging.
  4. Craft and communicate a consistent and compelling brand message across all channels, ensuring alignment with the target audience and market trends.
  5. Solve problems in innovative ways using past experience and project prediction during project planning and execution.
  6. Coordinate cross-departmental resources based on an understanding of the horizontal architecture and resource distribution of the business, reach consensus, and achieve results through collaboration.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • Proven experience (7+ years) in branding, brand management, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of branding principles, design, and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to develop unique brand strategies.
  • Proficiency in branding software and tools.
  • Leadership and team management experience.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment.
  • Past experience in E-commerce and Tech companies is a plus.
