This position contributes to the brand marketing strategy and marketing plans for the Premium and D2C Brands in Latam (HBO, HBO Max, and D+). The role will support Marketing Manager and Sr Manager to implement marketing plans aligned with the strategy defined for Premium and D2C brands and 360 content campaigns in Latam. The role holder will need to deal with internal and external parties across Warner Bros Discovery and Latam partners to ensure campaigns and projects work with cooperation and according to the plan.
**MAJOR ACTIVITIES**
**1.Branding Strategy** / **Marketing Campaigns**
Work closely with Marketing Manager and Sr Manager supporting the development and implementation of Brand strategy and Marketing plans for Premium and D2C.
Be part of alignment of brand tone and strategies with other teams and partners
**2.Marketing Activities**
Support the brand marketing arm to develop relevant and impactful campaigns that connect with consumers
Assist in ideation and production of breakthrough creative materials - including assets for social, digital, print, outdoor, etc
Liaise with in-house and outside agencies, content creators, and talent partners
Catalog incoming and outgoing assets, including approvals with external agencies and partners
Create marketing decks, memos, project tracking materials, and management of various documents with internal cross-functional teams and agency partners
Work with internal teams across the company for experience requests, campaign visibility, and execute best practices that enable us to collaborate and move more quickly and effectively
Asset management (workflow/timelines) and transfer between internal and external departments (marketing teams, PR, content & production, creative services, and marketing agencies), ensuring timely delivery
Support Sponsorship efforts with creative ideas and campaign management, and integration oversight
Create and manage timelines with critical milestones and track to global experience calendar
Maintain spending against marketing campaign budgets
**Job Requirements / Skills**
**Essential**
**1.**General knowledge of consumer marketing and branding
**2.**Ability to work with cross-functional teams and media agencies
**4.**Experience in budget control
**5.**General knowledge of using data to provide insights
**6.**Ability to work with different projects at same time
**7.**Other: Ability to communicate in English, Portuguese and/or Spanish
**Desirable**
**1.**Degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Administration or similar
**2.**General knowledge of digital marketing and content marketing
**3.**Broad knowledge and experience in PowerPoint and Excel
