Job Title

A Project Manager is required to lead the implementation of a contract and deliver a project to the customer, focusing on time, budget, and quality.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), Detailed Project Schedule, Customer Interface, Risk & Opportunity Management, Project Improvement Management, Project Launch, Change Management, and Contractual Obligation Management.
  2. Responsible for Budget allocation and monitoring, as well as Project Reporting internally both status and financial performance.
  3. Review the effort of Core Team members and give directives related to project execution.
  4. Define and secure the support of business partners and extended project team.
  5. Lead the Core Team effort to meet periodic financial targets.
  6. Develop strategies to increase team effectiveness and adapt leadership skills to the project, team members' capabilities, and knowledge.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Engineering background or equivalent experience.
  • Project management certification (PMI or IPMA) preferred.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Previous experience in project management of complex international projects.
  • Language skills: Fluent English and Portuguese; Chinese is an advantage.
  • Travel required: 50-75% of the time.
