
Digital Customer Experience Manager

We are seeking a skilled Digital Customer Engagement Lead to oversee end-to-end customer interactions and delivery of contractual agreements for SAP Cloud customers.
This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across different departments and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Support sales-to-delivery handover and customer onboarding to SAP Enterprise Cloud Services
- Initiate digital service kickoffs for customers
- Contribute to customer onboarding and transitioning to ECS
- Assist in resolving critical customer situations
The ideal candidate will have an engineering background with a minimum of 4+ years of experience as a SAP technical consultant and 2+ years in customer-facing roles.
Requirements:- Strong customer focus, networking, relationship building, results-driven, self-organized, and decision-making skills
- Excellent knowledge of IT Service Management, SAP Basis, and SAP Application
- Hands-on experience with SAP Basis activities, SAP release upgrades, and infrastructure updates for cloud customers
