Salary & Benefits

Job Description

As a Product Development Leader, you will be responsible for:

  • Conducting thorough market analysis to identify opportunities and customer needs.
  • Gathering functional and non-functional requirements for our payment products.
  • Prioritizing features and demands in alignment with our company's strategic objectives.
  • Developing and managing product roadmaps to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to launch high-quality products.

You will also be responsible for monitoring product performance and suggesting continuous improvements to maintain our edge in the market.

Requirements & Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience as a Product Manager or equivalent in fintech or payment companies.
  • Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently.
  • Strong communication skills and experience working with diverse teams.
  • Familiarity with requirement gathering, backlog prioritization, and roadmap definition.
