About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Learning & Development Specialist to lead the evolution of our leadership development programs. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in L&D, with a strong focus on leadership development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Development and Innovation: Develop engaging learning content, including online courses, simulations, and interactive exercises, in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external experts.
  • Continuous Improvement: Work with the L&D Product Manager to translate opportunities and improvements into action, driving innovation towards a unified learning vision.
  • Metrics and Evaluation: Establish robust metrics to track program effectiveness, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Digital Transformation: Lead the development and implementation of a digital learning strategy for leadership development, leveraging innovative technologies.
  • Classroom Facilitation: Lead and facilitate classroom-based leadership development programs, ensuring a dynamic and interactive learning experience.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leaders, HR, and other L&D professionals.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in leadership development, continuously seeking opportunities to enhance program effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, with a strong focus on leadership development.
  • Solid communication skills: clear, concise, and structured.
  • Proven experience in designing, developing, and delivering leadership development programs.
  • Expertise in cutting-edge learning content, technologies, and platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Solid stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for developing leaders and driving organizational growth.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • People management skills would be a plus.
  • Previous experience with tech environments (EdTech or other techs) would be a plus.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
