About the Role

As a seasoned Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Amazon's Payment Products program in Brazil. Reporting directly to our tech teams, you will be responsible for coordinating project prioritization and next features, driving strategic growth, and evolving our payments experience.

We are seeking an experienced professional with a proven track record in product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology. A bachelor's degree or equivalent is required, along with expertise in owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition, end-to-end product delivery, feature delivery, and trade-offs. Experience as a product manager or owner, owning technology products, and advanced English skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive roadmap strategy and definition, ensuring alignment with company goals
  • Collaborate with tech teams to prioritize projects and deliver high-quality features
  • Analyze key customer experience metrics (e.g., NPS) to inform decision-making
  • Develop and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders across functional teams
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology
  • Advanced English language proficiency
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
