Stocking Team Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Stocking Team Supervisor. This role is responsible for overseeing the receipt, storage, and distribution of merchandise in our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise a team of stocking associates to ensure efficient and accurate receiving, storing, and stocking of merchandise.
  • Conduct regular inventory counts and audits to maintain accuracy and prevent losses.
  • Implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs.
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to company safety standards.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a warehouse or retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with ability to motivate and direct a team.
  • Familiarity with inventory management software and systems.
