Job Title: Operations Coordinator
This role plays a vital part in supporting the store manager in all aspects of store operations, guaranteeing a positive customer experience, efficient inventory management, and a well-trained team. This position involves overseeing daily operations, maintaining store standards, and leading the team to achieve sales goals.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Ensure a welcoming environment by greeting all customers and maintaining store appearance, including displays and signage.
- Train and coach team members to provide exceptional customer service and engagement.
- Oversee inventory flow, including markdowns, ticketing, and clearance management, while maintaining accurate pricing and organized stockrooms.
- Train, develop, and provide continuous feedback to team members on customer service, store policies, operational procedures, and compliance tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
- Ability to perform mathematical calculations such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentages.
