Label Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to assist our Project Management team with labeling requirements for projects. The successful candidate will interact with vendors and business partners to ensure label contents are configured appropriately for specific country, intended use, and blinding as necessary.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be proficient in interpreting and implementing cGMPs, FDA & DEA Regulations and CFRs. They will also have strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Products, including Word, Project and Excel, and preferably SAP & SmartSheets.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience is required, along with some prior experience in ordering labels and understanding Job Protocol. A minimum of 1 year experience in the labeling area, including production, is preferred.
The successful candidate will be responsible for working with Project Management, Packaging Design and Production to identify labeling operation requirements. They will procure printed labels and labeling from outside vendors as necessary and communicate with Project Management and Production to establish and maintain project timelines.
Key responsibilities include designing all required label proofs based on study requirements, setting up study-specific labeling requirements in labeling printing software, preparing paperwork for Sharp Clinical Services printed labels and labeling, and understanding patient randomization and material list schemes.
Additionally, the successful candidate will provide setup support for projects requiring Scan Assembly and participate in training of new Label Coordinators.
