Role Overview

This role involves fostering meaningful connections and delivering exceptional experiences. The ideal candidate will contribute to strengthening our global community by handling data, managing events, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Update and maintain alumni and guest information in various systems.
  • Manage payments and track transactions, including cash, checks, and credit cards.
  • Coordinate event logistics, preparing materials and ensuring smooth on-site execution.
  • Oversee event registration and communicate with guests, assisting with sign-ups and maintaining accurate records.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for guests, responding professionally to inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
Qualifications:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • One to three years of relevant work experience.
  • Proficiency in data management and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
