Senior Sales Professional for Automotive Sector

**Role Overview**
We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Professional to join our team at Ac Serviços Corporativos. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with Auto Dealerships (Car and Bike) in the region.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the automotive sector;
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with dealerships, fostering trust and ensuring seamless communication;
- Collect and analyze feedback from dealers, implementing actionable plans to improve performance and address issues;
- Prioritize dealer-related matters, resolving them efficiently and effectively;
- Cultivate revenue growth by negotiating and closing deals with dealerships;
**Requirements & Qualifications:**
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales or management roles, preferably in the automotive industry;
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a focus on relationship-building and customer satisfaction;
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills;
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities;
- Possession of a post-graduate degree is highly desirable;

**Compensation:**
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary range of R$8,500 - R$9,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience.
