Business Strategy Consultant

Collaborate with clients to align business objectives with customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with clients to define business strategy, identify development opportunities and drive results.

  • Lead a team of experienced professionals who consult with senior executives to create business cases and build strategic roadmaps.

  • Develop and implement scalable governance models to achieve targeted revenue, margin and market share goals.

  • Work closely with Regional and Market Unit Leaders to understand customer and cultural dynamics in respective countries and qualify addressable market opportunities.

  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key decision-makers internally and externally.

  • Ensure cohesion and synergies with cross-functional teams to deliver business priorities for the region.

Requirements:
  • Coach team members on how to partner with field sales teams to identify revenue opportunities and manage account strategies.

  • Collaborate with Virtual Account Team to deliver executive pitches reflecting the value proposition for HXM solutions.

  • Guide Sales and Virtual Account Teams to focus on Vision-to-Value creation during customer journeys.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to nurture customer relationships.

  • Develop delivery teams from SAP and Partners to validate business cases and secure value delivery to customers.

  • Collaborate with Cloud Success Services teams to monitor and guide progress selected customers are making in their transformations.

  • Coach team members on how to build and/or curate content aligned to end-to-end processes and personas.

  • Share insights across all relevant channels.

  • Nurture and deliver customer reference stories showcasing actual proof points/value creation.

  • Mentor team members and lead/participate in enablement programs, communities of practices, and/or Hubs.

  • Onboard new talent and nurture talent to meet business needs.
