Membership Director

Pbs39 And 91.3 Wlvr is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Membership Director to lead our membership program. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for driving a progressive and sustainable program to support our public media services.

• Unify membership opportunities and resources across the organization to ensure a clear understanding of our mission and goals.
• Balance revenue generation through new strategies while maintaining existing revenue from our current membership base by increasing retention rates.
• Enhance a culture of support and ensure donor-centric practices are integral to development and membership tactics.
• Provide guidance to the VP of Development on technological changes and considerations that can enhance and grow membership opportunities.

• Minimum of five to seven years of experience managing a membership program.
• Public media and non-profit experience are highly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or related area of study.
