Customer Journey Service Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create a lean and smart process to ensure customer satisfaction in GWM After Sales operations.
  • Implement the GWM After Sales process at all dealerships.
  • Develop sustainability procedures to maintain high customer satisfaction levels through self-evaluation, periodical audits, and reports.
  • Design and deliver online and face-to-face training programs.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of customer journey and service quality improvement.
  • Ability to analyze and implement process improvements.
  • Excellent communication and training skills.
