Key Responsibilities:
- Create a lean and smart process to ensure customer satisfaction in GWM After Sales operations.
- Implement the GWM After Sales process at all dealerships.
- Develop sustainability procedures to maintain high customer satisfaction levels through self-evaluation, periodical audits, and reports.
- Design and deliver online and face-to-face training programs.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of customer journey and service quality improvement.
- Ability to analyze and implement process improvements.
- Excellent communication and training skills.
