About the Role

The Order & Fulfillment Associate will play a critical role in our organization by overseeing the efficient processing of orders, managing inventory levels, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products to customers.

Main Responsibilities
  • Process orders accurately and efficiently, meeting or exceeding deadlines
  • Maintain up-to-date records of inventory levels, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving concerns
Requirements
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in supply chain or logistics
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and Microsoft Office
