Reinsurance Brokerage Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our reinsurance brokerage team in Rio de Janeiro.

  • Data collection and analysis is essential for building accurate reinsurance submissions for current and prospective clients.
  • Assistance with renewing reinsurance programs, providing brokers with portfolio analysis as needed.
  • Responding to client queries and concerns, resolving issues promptly.
  • Monitoring accountings (premium payments, loss collections, etc.) anticipating and preventing problems when possible.
  • Assisting the broking team in designing new programs / reinsurance structures for clients' needs.
  • Coordinating with Business Intelligence area and other departments as necessary.
  • Providing timely production of contract documentation and follow-up.
  • Updating Brokers on issues, progress etc., regularly and upon request.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Commerce, Finance, Economics or Engineering. They should be proactive, with strong communication and presentation skills. A collaborative and team-oriented professional with effective interpersonal skills is essential.
